Terms

• Item will normally be dispatched the same or next business day when payment is fully cleared
• While chance is very small, should any delay  occur which is  beyond our control, ie delay of carrier, unexpected postal/computer system down time, interrupted internet connection, human error etc.  delivery lead time may be longer. 
• Item will be delivered to the address as supplied by the buyer via ebay.

• It is the buyers responsibility to accept delivery of their goods. Please nominate a drop off point at your address for the courier in case delivery address is unattended at time of delivery, e.g. Through side gate/On front balcony. Failure to accept delivery will incur a redelivery charge from the transport company.  These additional shipping costs are unwelcome to both you the buyer & us. Please nominate your preferred drop off point to avoid further freight costs. We will make every effort to avoid any extra charges to you. You can nominate to pick up your goods from the couriers local depot if you prefer.

 INSURANCE ISSUES:

• Transit risks are on buyer's account Transit insurance is optional on buyer's discretion
• No protection on transit problems if insurance was not arranged and fully paid before dispatch

• This Item is Brand New and if returned for refund it must be in the same condition and be un used, and in new condition with all original packing and boxes.
• Actual Images of item are shown above. Please ensure the item is suitable for you needs before bidding
• The item can be returned within 7 days , freight allready paid, if the item is not as described or you where mistaken by the description you may return it to us freight paid. We will refund your purchase price less ebay fees & any other costs that may have occured . You must obtain email approval for this clause as it is solely at our discretion and the reason for return is considered reasonable and fair to all parties involved.
• Items returned will not be accepted if the freight has not allready been paid by the buyer

• Item being sold is a new item and has not been used.
• Warranty is against manufacturing defects and is limited to the item purchased and excludes any damage caused to other items, property or parties.
• Faulty parts are required to be returned to us by buyers for replacement examination.
• Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us for any warranty claim
• Faulty item will be either repaired or replaced on our discretion If returned item cannot be repaired and no replacement is available, partial refund of the winning amount according to the proportion of residual warranty will be made, or replace with similar item of the same grade.
• We will pay for re-delivery cost if returned item found to be manufacturing defective and no physical damage found on the item
• Warranty does not cover transit damages, physical damages caused by improper use, operation, setup of the item etc non manufacturing defective items that have caused failure
• Warranty void for unauthorized service, physical damage, abused, mishandling etc. non manufacturing defective items

To achieve our goals, we strongly suggest all bidders to read all product information and to understand the product BEFORE placing bid, message us if needed. Bidders should go through all the trade terms. If not agree with ALL terms, simply just do not place bid. Bidders are suggested to go through our feedback forum to find out if we are ideal seller.

Auction Terms: Product information is stated as detailed as possible in listing page.

1.  If further information is required, please email us to find out before placing bid.
2. Do not make assumption on features, configuration, specification and compatibility of the product.
3. All stated terms and conditions of sales, delivery methods, postage & handling charge, combine shipment discount scheme and calculation methods, insurance cost are not negotiable
4. Payment needs to be made within 5 days, or we reserve the rights to resell to next highest bidder
5. Cancellation before auction ended need to be request through eBay message system at least 8 business hours before end time.
6. Cancellation after wining attracts 5% of the winning amount or $10 whichever greater, regardless of the reason.
7. Combined shipping is available to items with similar size and weight, and will not cause damage when packing together.
8. Combine shipment shall not exceed the size and weight limitation of the carrier. All items will be supplied through stated delivery method(s).
9.  Should self appointed carrier pick up be preferred, agreement needs to be made before placing bid.
10. No preliminary agreement is required for self pick up but payment must be recieved by us prior to pick up and contact us so we can advise what days and time that you can pick up the item from us.
11.  All changes need to be agreed by ourselves through eBay message system before payment is made.
12. Item will be dispatched when full payment is cleared.
13. We are not liable for transit damage, lost, delay and incorrect delivery etc postal and delivery issues.
14. Shall problem arise, claim should be lodged to carrier.
15. Please arrange transit insurance to cover the possible risk, or arrange your own carrier pick up from us, or do not place bid.
16. No transit insurance claim will be lodged if buyer did not pay for the insurance.
17. We are not in position to guarantee the delivery process of selected carrier as it is beyond our control.
18. All transit damages and lost etc postal issues need to go through insurance claim against the carrier. We will assist to lodge insurance claim on buyer's behalf. No action we can take until claim is finalized.
19. If  damage is found when receiving the item, make sure that the damage is written on the consignment note (carrier's copy) before signing it.
20. Buyer will receive postage notification email when item is dispatched.
21. Contact us ASAP if item has not arrived 7 business days after receiving our notification. 
22.  Buyer is responsible for all extra postage cost arise from unclaimed return, insufficient or incorrect address if the item is returned to us and has to be re posted.  
23. All warranty returns must be approved by email before returning.
24. While all care is taken when producing item listing pages, any misprint, errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. All images contained within item listings are for illustration purposes only. Please refer to the textual contents of the item listing.If you have doubt, please contact us before placing bid.
25. We will not be liable for bidder's wrong perceptions to the item but we do offer a return policy for reasonable cases at our discretion. Please refer to returns policy.
